Emile Scott is a highly experienced marketing and brand strategist with more than 30 years’ experience spanning professional services, financial services, property, lending and digital media. Across three decades, Emile has worked at the intersection of brand, growth and customer experience, advising and leading organisations through periods of expansion, repositioning and commercial transformation.
Emile has held senior national leadership roles on both the client and agency side. Most notably, he served as National Marketing Manager at Chan & Naylor, where he led the firm’s national marketing strategy during a key growth phase, strengthening brand positioning, driving lead generation and supporting partner-led growth across Australia’s accounting and property-tax market. His work helped align marketing with commercial outcomes in a complex, compliance-driven professional services environment.
Prior to this, Emile was Head of Marketing at Option Financial / Option Home Loans, where he oversaw brand, campaign and growth strategy within the highly competitive lending and financial services sector. He later expanded his remit further working for a range of clients leading national marketing and customer experience across a diversified portfolio of businesses, blending brand, CX and performance disciplines at scale.
Earlier in his career, Emile held Head of Strategy and senior leadership roles across agencies and consultancies, working with clients on brand architecture, go-to-market strategy, digital transformation and integrated marketing execution. This agency foundation gives him a rare ability to bridge strategy and execution, and to translate big ideas into commercially effective outcomes.

Anne is a senior marketing strategist with more than 15 years’ experience leading brand, growth and lifecycle marketing across professional services, financial services, technology, telecommunications and membership-based organisations. Her career has been defined by aligning marketing strategy with commercial performance, building scalable growth frameworks that connect brand positioning to measurable revenue outcomes.
Anne has held senior marketing leadership roles across complex, multi-segment organisations where strategy, customer lifecycle management and stakeholder alignment were critical to growth. As Head of Marketing at Ezypay, a leading subscription payments fintech operating across Asia Pacific, she led acquisition, revenue and lifecycle strategy, managing a $1M marketing budget and building integrated lead generation and nurture programs. She partnered closely with Sales to develop account-based marketing and sales enablement frameworks, strengthening pipeline velocity and improving conversion performance in a competitive B2B financial services environment.
Earlier, at PayPal, Anne launched the Merchant Working Capital product into the Australian market, leading full go-to-market strategy, segmentation, value proposition development and multi-channel campaign execution. The launch delivered exceptional conversion results and set a global benchmark, demonstrating her ability to operate within regulated financial services environments while balancing commercial, risk and stakeholder considerations.
At Optus Business, Anne led go-to-market strategy across enterprise portfolios including IoT and Safe & Smart Cities, aligning marketing with revenue growth objectives and supporting complex solution-based sales environments. Her work spanned brand positioning, content strategy, sales enablement and lifecycle engagement, experience that translates directly to the long sales cycles and trust-based growth dynamics of accounting and professional services firms.
Earlier in her career, Anne held senior marketing roles at Blue Knot Foundation, the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, JELD-WEN Australia, and James Hardie, managing full P&L portfolios, membership growth strategies and integrated B2B/B2C campaigns across multiple channels. This commercial grounding gives her a deep understanding of operational marketing, budget accountability and cross-functional leadership.
As Co-Founder of The Marketing Advisory, Anne brings a disciplined, commercially focused approach to marketing strategy. She specialises in building 24-month growth roadmaps for established accounting and professional services firms, aligning positioning, segmentation, lifecycle marketing and demand generation into structured frameworks that support sustainable revenue growth.
